OUR PROMISE:

1. When you hire us, we apply our coatings to your entire roof with our certified coatings.
Our roof coatings come with a 10-year & 20-year product warranty and a 2-year labor warranty.
For an additional cost, 10-year & 20-year product and labor warranties are available.

2. We create yellow walkways for your maintenance crew to use year-round (see image below).

3. We provide signage with instructions to be used on doors and roof.
"Stay on the yellow pathway," "Be aware - do not puncture roof," etc.​

 

4. We then inspect your roof once a year (at a competitive rate). We anticipate issues that could occur and fix them before they become problems.
